I'm Jan Korsanke, a freelance Strategic and UX Designer based in Germany. I help product leaders turn ambiguity into clear direction. Particularly at pre-launch or transformation stages where getting the foundations right matters most.
What makes my work different
I bridge the gap between design thinking and business reality. I understand how organisations actually make decisions, and I use that understanding to help teams align on a product direction they can all execute on.
In addition: I build and experiment with AI tools hands-on: LLMs, agentic workflows and AI-assisted research processes. This isn't theoretical. When AI is relevant to your product direction, and these days it usually is, I can help you think through it clearly: what to build, what to skip, and what your users will actually engage with.
